These are made just like the tulle tutus but with fabric craps instead.. they cost average $15 more then regular tutus depending on size for cost of materials (fabrics can get expensive) I have fabrics on hand but if you have a particular theme, colors or design you are looking for, just shoot me an email and i can see what i can find for you to make your tutu just perfect (character fabrics will cost more for me and you) Below are some i have made in the past along with some of my many fabric choices
